Changes to Executive Team

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) today announces changes to its executive team.
SIML’s General Manager Investment, Adam Lilley, has been appointed to the role of Chief
Investment Officer. In this role he will hold responsibilities for capital partnering, transactions, and
development. In addition, Adam will continue to hold overall responsibility for Industre, Stride’s
Industrial property fund, but he will step down from his role as Investore Fund Manager.
SIML Chief Executive Philip Littlewood commented: “Adam has made a significant contribution to
Stride over a number of years, including as Investore Fund Manager. His new role will help
provide SIML with the structure to continue to grow our investment management business
further. We thank Adam for his excellent service as Investore Fund Manager.”
SIML also announces that Joshua Wilson has been appointed Investore Fund Manager,
succeeding Adam in that role.
Philip further commented: “We are very pleased to welcome Joshua to the executive team.
Joshua has been with SIML for over eight years, and already brings an extensive knowledge of
Investore’s strategy, portfolio and capital structure through his prior roles at SIML including as a
Senior Investment Manager, and most recently as Head of Corporate Finance and Strategy.
These changes reflect SIML’s commitment to developing its people and promoting from within
the organisation.”
