DGL - 2026 Full Year Guidance Update

DELEGAT GROUP LIMITED – 2026 FULL YEAR GUIDANCE UPDATE

Delegat Group Limited (the Group) provides the following update on its earnings expectations for
the year ending 30 June 2026.

The Group continues to forecast global case sales of 3.3 million cases for the year. The Group now
expects full-year Operating Net Profit after Tax

to be in the range of $60.0 to $62.0 million,
compared with previous guidance of $50.0 to $55.0 million.

The improved guidance reflects:
• stronger annual global case sales performance, particularly in the final quarter;
• lower US tariffs on shipments from February 2026, which have remained in place at
that lower level longer than anticipated; and
• favourable foreign exchange.

Further detail on the Group’s trading performance will be provided in the audited full-year results
to be released in late August 2026.

1. Operating Net Profit After Tax means Net Profit After Tax before NZ IFRS fair value adjustments and any other one-off non-operating items, after tax.
