TradeWindow appoints Dewald van Rensburg CEO
Trade Window Holdings Limited (NZX/ASX: TWL), a global trade software company, today
announces the appointment of Dewald van Rensburg as Chief Executive Officer.

Dewald has been serving as Acting Chief Executive Officer since April after the resignation of
Mr AJ Smith. Prior to this, Mr van Rensburg was TradeWindow’s Chief Operating Officer, a role
he occupied from 2022. He has more than 20 years of corporate and commercial experience.

TradeWindow Chair Alasdair MacLeod said: “As a Board we are delighted to confirm Dewald
as Chief Executive. He has assumed the acting role with ease and has delivered strong and
steady leadership and demonstrated a clear understanding of the business, its people,
customers, shareholders and strategic priorities.”
