Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
Trade Window Holdings Limited (NZX: TWL) advises that it intends to hold its annual meeting of
shareholders at 11:00am on Thursday, 20 August 2026 (NZT). Shareholders will be able to attend
the meeting through a virtual meeting platform only.
Further details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.
Nomination of Directors
Director nominations are open today, 26 June 2026, and will close at 5:00 pm on Monday, 3 August
2026 (NZT). Nominations must be made in writing and may only be made by a security holder
entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
