DIRECTOR NOMINATION CLOSING DATE
MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX/ASX: MOV) advises that the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will
be held on 29 October 2026 in Auckland, New Zealand. The time, venue and other details relating to
the Meeting will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to all shareholders in due
course.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Monday 31
August 2026. All nominations must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting
and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person being nominated.
