Annual Meeting date and director nominations
Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) advises that its 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at
12.00pm (NZDT) on Monday 23 November 2026. The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting,
online only. Details of how to participate will be included in the Notice of Annual Meeting.
Director nominations
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for nominations for election as a Director
at the Annual Meeting is 5.00pm (NZDT) on Thursday 22 October 2026.
A nomination must be made by a shareholder who will be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting,
must be in writing, and must be accompanied by the written consent of the nominee to stand for
election. Nominations should be sent to the Company by email to investors@locatetech.nz, or by post
or hand to Level 17, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, so that they
are received by the closing date.
Details of all valid nominations received by the closing date will be included in the Notice of Annual
Meeting, which will be sent to shareholders and released through NZX in due course.
