CHATSWOOD ACQUISITION UNCONDITIONAL
Promisia Healthcare Limited (Promisia) (NZX: PHL) is pleased to confirm that all material conditions
relating to its acquisition of Chatswood Retirement Village in Opawa, Christchurch have now been
satisfied. As noted in our recent notice of meeting, the acquisition remains conditional on no
material adverse change occurring with respect to Chatswood prior to completion but the
acquisition is now otherwise unconditional.
As previously announced, completion is scheduled for 1 October 2026.
Promisia looks forward to welcoming Chatswood into the Group and working with the Chatswood
team as we bring the businesses together.
