Under his leadership, the company rebalanced its portfolio, diversified into growth areas in both South Africa and Latin America, redeveloped its flagship resort in Sun City and built a new casino resort near Pretoria. An accountant by profession and with more than 10 years' experience in banking and corporate finance, Graeme was appointed Senior Vice President of New Business Development at Kerzner International in 2003 and was responsible for a number of global hospitality projects before joining Sun International in 2011.
