Jen was appointed as a director of My Food Bag in January 2021 and acts as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. She has an extensive background in financial services, including NZX listings, acquisitions, mergers and strategic advisory. Jen an Investment Banking director for 9 years, following investor relations and other investment banking roles in NZ and Europe. Jen currently is an advisor to Stewart Family Investment Office, she was also previously the CFO of NZX listed Tourism Holdings. Jen is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors and participated in the Future Directors programme with the board of agribusiness Scales Corporation. Jen completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in finance, graduating with first-class honours from the University of Canterbury.
