Kerry Hitchcock

Kerry Hitchcock joined the Board of NPT Limited on 1 April 2011, following an independent directorship at the National Property Trust. He became Managing Director in May 2013 following a period as acting CEO. He has unrivalled experience as a property investment and development specialist, having been involved in the property sector since 1983. Over the last 30 years he has seen the New Zealand property market grow rapidly, and has managed companies through the highs and lows. Kerry is a Director of Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited and Northcote Road 1 Holdings Limited (Smales Farm). He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
