Lucas Nicholas Elias Bunt

Luke Bunt is an experienced finance executive and governance professional. He was most recently Independent Non-Executive Director, Deputy Chair, and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Comvita Ltd (NZX: CVT), having joined the board in July 2014 and retired in September 2023. Luke's executive career includes serving as CFO of The Warehouse Group Ltd (NZX: WHS) from 2002 to 2011, General Manager of Finance at Spark New Zealand (formerly Telecom NZ), COO of Feltex Carpets, and General Manager of Finance & Planning at DB Breweries (1986-1997). He has also served as an Independent Director of Smiths City Group, Prolife Foods, Studio Works, and as Chairman of Flooring Xtra Licensing. He held director positions at various Pumpkin Patch entities. Luke is a member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Directors.
