Margaret Susan Warrington

Margaret Warrington is an experienced finance leader currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Summerset Group Holdings (NZX: SUM), a role she commenced in February 2025. Previously, she was CFO of EROAD (NZX: ERD), having joined as Group Financial Controller in September 2020, progressing to Acting CFO in May 2022, and appointed CFO in December 2022. She established a culture focused on profitable growth at EROAD. Margaret's earlier career includes CFO of Statistics New Zealand, senior financial roles at Housing New Zealand and Inland Revenue, and an initial stint as Head of Finance at Summerset. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington, along with a Diploma of Teaching. She is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ. Outside of her professional roles, Margaret serves as Chair of Good Bitches Baking, a national charity comprising nearly 3,000 volunteers.
