Veronica is Auckland based and was appointed to the Board in July 2014 and appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee in April 2017. Veronica has over 20 years in senior marketing and sales roles that span the innovation, primary care consumables, pharmaceuticals, natural health care, consumer and safety product markets. She is currently the Head of Sales and Marketing for the Icehouse where she leads a team of eight, delivering innovative strategy and digital transformation to more than 5,000 ambitious owner-managers and entrepreneurs. Veronica is also currently a board member of both Altus and Clinical Advisory Services Aotearoa (CASA) and has previously been on Boards for the North Auckland Kindergarten Association and the Torbay Sailing Club. Veronica is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, holds a Chartered Marketer status from the Chartered Institute of Marketers, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and French and a Diploma in Marketing.
