Vista Group AUD FX Rate for 2016 final dividend.

The foreign exchange rate used for the Vista Group FY2016 final dividend paid to Australian
investors in AUD has been set at 0.9129. This is in accordance with ASX Appendix 3A.1
released on 1 March 2017.

Dividends will paid to investors on Friday, 24 March 2017.
