NZX Limited (NZX) advises of the conversion and subsequent quotation of 160,696 NZX

employee restricted shares into NZX fully paid ordinary shares pursuant to the terms of the NZX

Employee Share Plan – Team and Results.


The total number of NZX employee restricted shares on issue is now 1,857,797.


The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue is now 268,476,385.
