following are the results of the voting by poll at CDI’s 2018 Annual Shareholder Meeting held on 31
May 2018:
Resolution 1: Election of Colin Sim: To elect Colin Sim as a director:

Votes AGAINST the resolution 0

Resolution is passed
Resolution 2: Re-election of BK Chiu: To re-elect BK Chiu as a director:

Accordingly, existing directors Mr BK Chiu and Mr Vincent Yeo are re-elected as directors, and Mr
Colin Sim is elected as a director of the Company. The directors are authorised to fix the
remuneration of the Company’s auditors.

The Company has determined in accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rules that Messrs Colin
Sim, Roy Austin and John Henderson are Independent Directors of the Company. Messrs BK Chiu,
Kian Seng Tan and Vincent Yeo are not independent directors.
