Alteration to Notice of Annual Meeting


Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) advises that the Board wishes to withdraw Resolution 2 (Re-

election of Zhe Hui) from the agenda of the 2018 Annual Meeting scheduled for 10:00 am on

Thursday, 27 September 2018.


Subsequent to CGF releasing the Notice of Annual Meeting on 13 September 2018, Zhe Hui advised

that he will be retiring from the Board. Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Group Limited

(YMCI) will offer to the CGF Board a new candidate for consideration in due course.


The withdrawal of this resolution will not affect the validity of the proxy form attached to the Notice of

Annual Meeting or any proxy votes already submitted.
