OLUME WEIGHTED AVERAGE PRICE FOR DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN
Scott Technology Limited (“Scott”) advises that the issue price of shares to be issued in lieu
of the 2018 final dividend payable on 27 November 2018 under the Company’s Dividend
Reinvestment Plan is $2.9246 per share, being the volume weighted average sale price of
Scott shares sold on the NZX for the period 21 November to 23 November 2018, less a
discount of 1.5%.
The additional shares allotted under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be sourced by way
of new shares issued by the company.
