MILMEQ SPARES AND SUNDRIES (MEAT SLAUGHTER) BUSINESS  
 
Scott Technology Ltd (‘Scott’) is pleased to announce that we are in the process of taking over the Spares 
and Sundries part of the Milmeq Meat Slaughter business. 
 
This new arrangement ensures continuity of service to Milmeq’s existing clients. At this stage we will 
continue to operate the Spares and Sundry business out of the current Milmeq facilities. 
 
The Spares and Sundries business will be supported by two existing Milmeq staff who have been employed 
by Scott, as well as other existing Scott staff as needed.  
 
Further to this, Scott has offered short term contracts to six additional Milmeq staff to work in the Scott 
business. 
 
We expect the new arrangements to be finalised within the next few weeks.
