company, to fill a casual vacancy on the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2 and 3.3.3, the Board of Sky Network Television Limited
has determined that Mr Martin Stewart is not an independent director as defined by the NZX
Listing Rules, because he is also the company's Chief Executive Officer.
