New Zealand freight and logistics company, TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX: TLL), advises that its
Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 23 October 2019 in New Plymouth. Further details
will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.
TIL advises that the closing date for director nominations is 2 September 2019. All nominations
must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.
