NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on Serko Limited (“SKO”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at 1.27pm.
The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of an announcement by the
company.
SKO ordinary shares will remain in halt until the earlier of:
The announcement being released to market; or
Market open on the NZX on Friday, 25 October 2019.
