NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on Kiwi Property Group Limited (“KPG”) shares. The trading halt was placed pre-market
open this morning.
The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of a material announcement by KPG
regarding a capital raise.
The halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of:

The release of an announcement as to the outcome of the capital raise; or
•
Market open on Thursday, 31 October 2019
