NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt
on Pacific Edge Limited (“PEB”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was put in place pre-market
open this morning.
PEB has sought the trading halt pending the release of an announcement by the company
about completion of a placement.
PEB ordinary shares will remain in halt until the earlier of:
•
An announcement by PEB relating to the capital raise; or
•
The open of trading on Friday, 22 November 2019
