Metro Performance Glass appoints new Chief Financial Officer
Metro Performance Glass (NZX: MPG, ASX: MPP, Metroglass) is pleased to announce the appointment of Brent
Mealings as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) commencing late January 2020.
Brent joins Metroglass following a 17-year career with Fonterra where he held various leadership positions, most
recently Director Commercial Global Operations. Prior roles included Director Group Finance and Group
Financial Controller. Brent is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Canterbury.
CEO, Simon Mander said: “We are delighted to appoint a CFO of Brent’s calibre to Metroglass. Brent brings a
wealth of finance, governance and manufacturing experience, and I look forward to the valuable contribution
he will make towards our strategy and performance.”
Current CFO, John Fraser-McKenzie will continue in the business until early in the new year to ensure a smooth
transition.
