NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt
on Investore Property Limited (“IPL”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was put in place pre-
market open this morning.
IPL has sought the trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to the
company.
IPL ordinary shares will remain in halt until the earlier of:

An announcement by IPL relating to the company; or
•
The open of trading on Wednesday, 20 November 2019
