NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt
on Sky Network Television Limited (“SKT”) ordinary shares and quoted debt securities
(“SKT020”). Both trading halts were placed pre-market open today.
The trading halt has been put in place while SKT undertakes a placement and institutional
component of an accelerated pro rata entitlement offer, as announced by the company today at
9:19 am.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
1) SKT releasing an announcement stating the outcome of the placement and
institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer; or
2) Market open on Monday, 25 May 2020.
