NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the issuer, the trading halt on
Kathmandu Holdings Limited (“KMD”) ordinary shares will remain in place. An initial trading halt
was put in place at 10.02am Tuesday, 31 March 2020.
Further to the announcement released by KMD at 9.27am today, the trading halt is in place
while the company conducts a placement and the institutional component of an accelerated
entitlement offer.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
•
an announcement by the company stating the outcome of the placement and the
institutional component of an accelerated entitlement offer; or
•
market open on the NZX on Friday 3 April 2020.
