Further to the announcement released by SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (“SKC”) today
at 9:28am, NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a
trading halt on SKC ordinary shares and SKC040 bonds. The trading halt was placed pre-
market open this morning.
The trading halt has been put in place while SKC undertakes a placement, and will remain in
place until the earlier of:
• SKC releasing an announcement stating the outcome of the placement; or
• Market open on Friday, 19 June 2020.
