NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt
on Kathmandu Holdings Limited (“KMD”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was put in place at
10.02am today.
The trading halt has been put in place pending a material announcement by KMD.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
•
a material announcement by KMD; or
•
market open on Thursday, 2 April 2020.
