NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on ikeGPS Group Limited (“IKE”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed pre-market
open this morning.
The trading halt has been put in place while IKE undertakes a placement and institutional
component of an accelerated rights offer, and will remain in place until the earlier of:
• IKE releasing an announcement stating the outcome of the placement and institutional
component of the accelerated rights offer; or
• Market open on Thursday, 30 July 2020.
