Scott Technology Limited (NZX: SCT) advises that its Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on
Thursday, 26 November 2020. The closing date for director nominations is 5:00pm on Monday 5
October 2020.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting
and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
