Argosy Property Limited (‘Argosy’) has announced it has settled its insurance claim with
its insurers NZI and QBE in respect of earthquake damage at 7WQ relating to the
Kaikoura earthquake, receiving $23.5 million plus GST as full and final settlement.
Peter Mence, CEO of Argosy said “It is very pleasing to have resolved the claim with
insurers and avoided a drawn out legal process. We will update the market further at
our FY21 financial results which will be announced in May 2021”.
