Changes to the Kiwi Property Board – Richard

Didsbury



Kiwi Property today advised that Richard Didsbury proposes to resign as a

director of the company at its annual shareholder meeting, scheduled to take

place on 12 July 2021.


Richard jointly founded Kiwi Property in 1992 and has been a member of the

Board for the past 28 years. He is also a member of the Remuneration and

Nominations Committee.


Kiwi Property Chair, Mark Ford, said:


“Richard has made a remarkable contribution to the company over almost

three decades. More than any other individual, he’s helped shape Kiwi

Property into the business it is today. On behalf of the Board, I’d like to thank

Richard for his commitment to the business, our people and our shareholders.”


A search for Richard’s replacement is currently underway.
