Me Today – Change of Annual Meeting Arrangements
ME TODAY LIMITED – CHANGE TO ANNUAL MEETING ARRANGEMENTS
The Board gives notice that the 2021 annual meeting of shareholders of Me Today Limited (the
Company) will now be held as an audioconference only meeting, on Monday 27 September 2021
commencing at 1.00pm.
As noted in the Notice of Meeting issued on 27 August 2021, the Company has been closely
monitoring the situation in Auckland with regards to COVID-19, and in particular, the New Zealand
Government’s classification of Alert Levels for Auckland.
The Board has concluded that it is extremely unlikely that Auckland will move down sufficient
Alert Levels before the previously scheduled in person meeting date.
In the interest of safety of shareholders, and given the limited business to be considered at the
meeting, the Company has elected to hold the annual meeting as a audioconference only
meeting.
You will need to pre-register for the annual meeting. To do so click this link and follow the

Pre-registering for the annual meeting means you will have immediate access to the annual
meeting link on the day with no need to wait for an operator to verify you. We encourage all
shareholders to pre-register (providing your full name, associated organisation (if any), and any
questions you wish to lodge).
You will then be provided with the dial in number, the Passcode, and your unique access PIN. This
information will also be emailed to you as a calendar invite.
On the day, simply dial the number in the calendar invite and enter the passcode followed by your
PIN, and you will join the annual meeting instantly.
All other matters
Other than the location of the annual meeting (now online only, rather than in-person), all other
matters contemplated by the Notice of Meeting (issued on 27 August 2021) stand.
