NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt over Vital
Healthcare Property Trust (“VHP”) units. The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.
VHP has requested the trading halt while it undertakes a placement capital raise.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the
completion of the placement component of the capital raise, or market open on Thursday, 14
October 2021.
