Black Pearl Group Limited (Blackpearl Group) (NZX:BPG) advises that it has accepted the resignation of
Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Audit Limited as the external auditor of the company with effect from 10
February 2023. Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Audit Limited did not have adequate resourcing to service
Blackpearl Group. The Board has resolved to appoint William Buck New Zealand as Blackpearl Group’s
new external auditor.
Blackpearl Group would like to thank Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Audit Limited for its service and support.
Blackpearl Group also wishes to advise that from 20 February 2023, Blackpearl Group’s registered office
and address for service will change to:
