Results of Radius Residential Care Limited Annual Shareholders Meeting

At Radius Residential Care Limited’s shareholder meeting, held at Hyundai Marine Sports
Centre, Auckland and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which
were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That the directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of Baker Tilly Staples Rodway as
auditor of Radius Care for the ensuing financial year.
• That Mary Gardiner be re-elected as a director of Radius Care.
• That Hamish Stevens be re-elected as a director of Radius Care.
• That Tom Wilson be elected as a director of Radius Care. Mr Wilson is therefore elected
as a director effective immediately.
