•Historically, New Zealand’s strict regulatory environment has

curbed exploration budgets and activity for decades

•As a result, much of the vast highly-prospective tenure has

never been exposed to modern exploration

•NZ today has a pro-development, pro-mining Government and

significantly faster approval process to attract investment

•MEX’s gold projects are in Tier-1 locations and home to well

established multi-million-ounce mineralised systems which

underpin major producers - OceanaGold ~$7.3b market cap

1

•This favourable environment (fast-track approvals for mining)

and recent exploration successes are driving new interest
