The Warehouse Group Limited 2026 Annual Shareholders’
Meeting and Director Nominations

The Warehouse Group Limited advises that it will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on
Friday, 27 November 2026. We invite our shareholders to our Store Support Office for the
meeting at 26 The Warehouse Way, Northcote, Auckland.

The time and all other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting
to be sent to all shareholders in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2(a), the closing date for director nominations is
Monday, 19 October 2026. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm NZT on the closing
date.

Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
and be accompanied by a brief resume of the nominee and the consent in writing of the
person nominated.
