About Large Donations
Under New Zealand electoral law, donations over $15,000 must be disclosed to the Electoral Commission within 10 working days. This page tracks donations of $20,000 or more.
- Donations can be from individuals, companies, trusts, or unions
- Anonymous donations over $1,500 are prohibited
- Overseas donations are capped at $30,000 per donor per year
