Alistair Field

Alistair Field is a professional director with extensive infrastructure and investment experience. Alistair is a member of Infratil's Audit Committee and People and Remuneration Committee. Alistair is currently Chair of Auckland Transport and a director of Vector Limited. Alistair was formerly Chief Executive of Z Energy Limited and has held senior executive roles including General Manager of Strategy and Corporate Development at Telecom New Zealand, and various leadership positions at Shell in New Zealand and Australia. Alistair holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration and an MBA, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
