Peter McBride

Peter McBride is Chair of Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited and Chair of its Board Governance Committee. Peter is a professional director and chartered accountant with extensive dairy and agribusiness experience. He is currently Chair of Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited. Peter was formerly Chief Executive of Fonterra and has held senior executive roles at Fonterra including Chief Financial Officer, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
