Geraldine McBride has a 30+ year career spanning the global technology industry, working across New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, and North America. She has held senior executive roles at IBM, Dell, and SAP before co-founding MyWave. At SAP, Geraldine served as Managing Director and CEO of SAP Australia and New Zealand (2003-2007), President and CEO of SAP Asia (2007-2010), and President of SAP North America. At Dell, she was Senior Vice President and Global Head of Applications and BPO Services. Geraldine is co-founder and CEO of MyWave, a global next-generation technology company developing consumer and enterprise relationship solutions using personal cloud technologies, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her governance experience includes boards of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare (2013-2022), Tower Limited (from October 2022), National Australia Bank (2014-2020), and Sky Network Television. Geraldine holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. She received the 2013 KEA World Class New Zealand Award for ICT and has been a speaker at the World Economic Forum.
