Geraldine McBride has a 30+ year career spanning the global technology industry, working across New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, and North America. Geraldine is co-founder and CEO of MyWave, a global next-generation technology company developing consumer and enterprise relationship solutions using personal cloud technologies, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her governance experience includes boards of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare (2013-2022), Tower Limited (from October 2022), National Australia Bank (2014-2020), and Sky Network Television. Geraldine holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. She received the 2013 KEA World Class New Zealand Award for ICT and has been a speaker at the World Economic Forum.
