Mark Buckman is an Independent Director of Sky Network Television Limited. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand (Inc). Mark has over 30 years' experience in financial and commercial leadership roles across a range of industries. He is currently Chairman of Rakon Limited and a Director of Vista Group International Limited, both NZX-listed technology companies. Mark's previous governance roles include Director of Air New Zealand Limited, NZX Limited, and various other listed and private companies. He was also a Partner at Deloitte for over 20 years, including as Managing Partner of the Auckland office. Mark is Chair of Sky's Audit and Risk Committee.
