Migration to the NZX Main Board
Livestock Improvement Corporation (NZX: LIC) advises that it intends to migrate its listing
from the AX market to the NZX Main Board.
LIC’s last day of listing on the AX market will be 30 June 2019.
LIC anticipates its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10am
on 1 July 2019.
As a result of this migration, LIC will be required to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated
1 January 2019, from 1 July 2019, subject to any Waivers and/or Rulings granted by the
NZX.
LIC’s cooperative status will be unaffected by the migration.
