Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Monday 30 March 2020 by virtual means
CSM Group Limited advises that shareholders will be able to attend its Special Meeting to be held at
11.00am on Monday 30 March 2020 through a virtual meeting platform only.
To participate at the meeting online use the following link to CSM’s share registrar’s virtual meeting
platform: http://www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/CSM20
Shareholders attending and participating in the meeting virtually via the online platform will be able
to vote and ask questions during the meeting. If you will be participating online you will require your
shareholder number, found on your proxy form, for verification purposes.

questions virtually during the meeting) is available in the Virtual Annual Meeting Online Portal

In light of New Zealand being raised to COVID-19 Alert Level 4 with effect from 11:59pm on
Wednesday 25 March 2020, whilst the meeting will be held at the same time and place as previously
advised to shareholders, shareholders will only be permitted to attend through the virtual meeting
platform.
