Results of My Food Bag Group Limited Annual Shareholders' Meeting
At My Food Bag Group Limited’s annual shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and online today,
shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
That Sarah Hindle, who retires at the annual meeting and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected
as a Director of My Food Bag.
That Jennifer Bunbury, who retires at the annual meeting and is eligible for re-election, be re-
elected as a Director of My Food Bag.
That Mark Powell, who retires at the annual meeting and is eligible for election, be elected as a
Director of My Food Bag.
That the Directors of My Food Bag be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor of My
Food Bag for the ensuing year.
