Livestock Improvement Corporation (NZX: LIC) is pleased to announce the appointment of

Hamish Rumbold as a director, effective immediately.

Hamish brings strong leadership and governance expertise to the LIC Board and the Audit,

LIC Board Chair, Corrigan Sowman, said Hamish’s experience will play a vital role in

supporting the co-operative’s strategic objectives.

“Hamish’s deep expertise in data and IT solutions, particularly in improving customer

experiences, aligns strongly with LIC’s commitment to delivering reliable and high-

performing digital services for our farmers,” Sowman said.
